FUUEL · About

A short page on why FUUELexists, and where it's going.

FUUEL is a nutrition-education course paired with a personalized meal-planning subscription — whole-food recipes built around the nutrients that earn each ingredient its place.

Origin

From a dormant idea to a real product.

The first version of FUUEL sat in a notebook for a long time — meal-plan ideas without a structure, recipes without the rationale underneath them, and a vague promise that eating well would feel simpler once the pieces were laid out. It stayed dormant because the missing piece was never more content. It was an explanation: each recipe needed to tell you why every ingredient earned its place.

The current build is the answer to that. The free samples are the format, the course is the literacy underneath it, and the personalized meal plan is what pulls the two into something a person can cook from on a Wednesday. What started as a notebook is now four recipes you can read, twelve lessons you can finish, and a weekly plan that comes back each Sunday.

Current direction

Three things, one product.

The shape of FUUEL is fixed; the rollout is staged. The publication and the free chunk of the course are already here to read; the paid course tier opens when the Stripe rail is wired in.

01 · Publication
Free
Recipes and reading, kept plain.
The free surface of FUUEL. Sample recipes on the home page lead into a full library of about 80 whole-food recipes — each with the ingredient-by-ingredient "why this" note you saw in the first ones. Sortable by prep time, by main protein, or by what is already on your shelf. No elimination diets, no calorie math.
02 · Course
Free
The literacy underneath the recipes.
A short, plain-language course that explains how the body uses each nutrient group from the recipes. The first chunk of the 12 lessons is free — just enough biology to read a menu without an app to translate it. Self-paced, no assignments.
03 · Paid course tier
Paid
The deeper course, behind one subscription.
The rest of the course: extended lessons, deeper nutrient-group material, downloadable materials, and completion tracking. The publication and the free course lessons stay free forever; the paid tier is the upgrade layer, behind one Stripe-managed subscription with no add-on pricing.

The publication and the free course lessons stay free forever. The paid course tier sits above them as a single upgrade layer behind one Stripe-managed subscription with no add-on pricing — and the only data this site will see about a customer is the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.

A note

What we are optimizing for.

We built FUUEL for the person who already cooks and wants to understand what their food is doing for them. Every recipe earns its slot by telling you which nutrient group it is delivering and why that group matters. There is no elimination language, no calorie scoring, no point system — just enough plain biology to trust what you are eating week to week.

That is also why the product ships in pieces rather than all at once. The publication is the body of free reading; the course is the literacy underneath it; the paid course tier is the deeper course. Everything that ships under the free wing stays free. The paid wing — the extended course — opens when the Stripe rail is wired in. Until then, the free samples and the free course lessons are already here to read, and the blog is where every update lands.
